Kaz Handles

Kaz Handles

The unique shape of the KAZ Handle feature a tapering in the diameter to match the natural mechanics of the human hand. This puts more focus on the muscle being trained and less toward the ergonomics of the grip itself. Limitless exercises can be mechanically improved with the KAZ Handles.

I would put these in A-tier for chest flys and Bayesian curls. They feel very premium, have decent knurling, and I really like the shape for both exercises. I wasn’t a fan of the strap they came with, so I swapped it out for paracord, which I like a lot better. The only thing I think would beat these for chest flys and Bayesian curls would be an attachment with built-in forearm support.

The handles themselves are made well and feel good. And they hit my grip in a different way than any other D handle. Where these fall short is the strap and carabiner connection. I'm currently debating whether to get the Belt Fed Strength Handle Straps which require hardware from NiceLikeMike - and will essentially double the price of the handles. True price is closer to $255 plus shipping for what I think I want...

Stainless steel, the wide grips work for me, the semi cone shape contours perfectly in my hands, I can easily do arm raises with open palms so I don't over tax my grip.

These are too wide for my hands. I can’t imagine what the larger diameter they make would be like. Hard to use these frequently without turning whatever you’re doing into a grip exercise.

Kaz handles are excellent for heavy cable work and grip development. The larger diameter forces your forearms and hands to work harder compared to standard handles. They feel extremely solid during rows and pulldowns. Great attachment if you want to build grip strength while training your back.

Do not order the Large size, the Med is plenty big, unless you have the mitts of a giant. I would love to have these with a different mechanism to connect vs. the supplied straps (which work OK and allow for positioning the handles in a different orientation). I have seen some guys get a custom Belt Fed Strength rotational D handle configuration that looked awesome. I do love these for fat grip option on my functional trainer. Another reviewer said “you are either going to love these or hate these”. I’m on the love side of things. They feel great in hand and in use.

These are built well and feel good in your hand, assuming your hands are big enough. The biggest issue is the strap the handles are attached to. The strap is long and has two carabiners, which makes it awkward to attach. It’s definitely a product that you’re either going to love or you’re going to hate, which means you should definitely try the Kaz Handles before you buy them.

These are a novelty but cool nonetheless. Super beefy. The attach in an annoying way with a strap looped through the handle and each end having its own carabiner. Something like the Nice Like Mike handle hack is more ideal with these.
