Also a Prime knock off, but I truly love these pull paddle handles. They are super ergonomic and easy to use. I only use them for seated rows and that's truly were they shine.

These are one of those attachments I thought I needed. I do think these type of attachments help with wrist/elbow pain and for that I like them. For two handed lat pulldowns, I much prefer using a single bar attachment like the medium mag/blusm grip vs these. I do not like these for rows at all. Where I did find I like them is single handed lat pulldowns. Worth buying because they are cheap but not worth the price of the premium versions imo.

Overall way better value for the price compared to the Prime Fitness model. That said, the handles are relatively heavy for the size and the weight adds up especially when using on something like the Darko Longy bar. Dont expect high quality at this price point but if you're looking for paddle handles, probably the best value out there

These work for giving a person more freedom of movement on pulling exercises. They have a good feel and look good.

Amazon KORIKAHM MSP-Paddle Grip are okay but they aren't Prime Fitness quality.

I got these as a budget alternative to the Prime handles, which I assume is why most folks have picked them up. While they work well, I don't really find a need for them over my Mag grip style handles that I have already. The paint chips almost immediately as well. I would recommend getting the mag grip style package over these given the similar price. That being said if you are specifically looking for single arm row handles, these would definitely be my recommendation. I just don't do a ton of those movements. I use them with a banana clip and they're fine for dual movements but not as good as the mag grips.

Unless you want to fork out the cash for Prime Handles, this will do the same job without the designer brand name.

Work almost exactly like the prime rot-8 handles and I don't think you could tell a difference unless you used them side by side.

Wife and I both like the handles, she struggles with grip strength so she really loves these.

Knock off Prime Rotate handles, but they function pretty well. I wish the hole at the top was bigger and that they natively came with swivel shackles, otherwise no complaints.
