I tried to add this piece of equipment that I got from Amazon, but I didn't remember what it was called. And I didn't want to search through my purchase history just to find it. Then I see it flash before me as I scrolled through Gym Radar's feed! This goes to show how extensive the equipment listing on the site has become. Now for the review of this product, which can be brief. Its build quality is excellent for how much (or how little) you'll spend on it. I like to use it "upside down" with swivel shackles for extra ROM. With apologies to BWTG, this is a useful "lat bar with holes."

Solid build quality. Lots of use variations which is a big plus. Great value for price paid.

This has been a perfect lat pull-down attachment. I love having the clips on it so I can easily add my favorite handles at different widths easily. The quality is good and I for sure recommend trying one for your home gym.

This is versatile. You can place your handles and attachments in various positions along the bar so you can work from many angles.

I picked up two of these, one for home and one for my gym at school to attack d-handles and my knock-off Prime handles. It’s works fine for my garage gym, it is kind of long and a little cumbersome and despite its many holes I use two holes. Despite only being at the school gym the attachment bar has received many slight bends, so it’s good for the home gym but not so good for knuckle head teenagers.

Grabbed this as rogue Canada doesn’t have the Darko and this looked to be the closest thing. It works ok though

Amazon attachment I have for adding in some variance to pulldowns and cable rows. This allows you to clip an attachment at any point so you can change the width of your movements. It’s just some flat steel with holes drilled out of it. Works well and a decent value.
