Effortlessly switch between leg extensions and prone hamstring curls for a complete lower-body session. Easily attach it to your weight bench using the convenient 2 lock-pin mechanisms — a quick, one-person setup with no heavy lifting. Choose from three resistance options to match your training style: dual-sided plate-loaded weight horns, integrated band pegs for resistance bands, or connect directly to ANY cable machine with the optional Cable Kit add-on — supporting up to 250lbs of resistance. The built-in cam lever ensures smooth, consistent tension, while the optimized strength curve challenges your quads and hamstrings through their strongest and weakest points for more effective results. Adjustable shin pads and built-in side handles keep you secure when using this hamstring curl or leg extension attachment, and the flat thigh pad distributes pressure evenly — unlike standard round pads that pinch — for a more comfortable, pinch-free experience during leg curls.

1st off it’s definitely tall person approved. I am 6’8” and fit with plenty of room. When this is attached to a weight stack it’s as good as any leg extension machine I’ve used. When it’s just plates it leaves a little to be desired but some resistance bands fix it totally. The leg curl side is probably a generous 7.5-8/10. As with any combo machine one movement get a little less love.

I absolutely love this unit. I have it paired with the Nighthawk bench. Extremely easy to set up, simple to move, and solid. What I like: 1. Leg extensions are amazing. I wasn’t sure I’d like not having a back, but it’s not an issue. 2. Simple to move. Whether attached to a bench or standalone, it easily moves around the gym. Way less footprint than the used commercial unit I had previously planned to purchase. 3. Strength curve is consistent, and paired with my Ares 2.0, it’s amazing. I haven’t tried plates or bands, so won’t comment on consistency there. 4. Overall adjustability lets you set exactly where rollers fit you. What could be better: 1. It’s well documented the default config can hyper extend knees. For me, I had to add a block to hold the starting position about 1.5” out. I also leave the cable to my Ares 2.0 a little slack. Combined, they let me get into positions for leg curls without hyper extending. Neither is a showstopper, but given the price, I wish there was an adjustment built in to compensate for this. End verdict: I love this unit. I have been able to adjust for every criticism. While I wish I didn’t have to, it wasn’t hard, and having this unit really has been great for the gym.

I was lucky enough to find one of these used on marketplace so I did not have to pay full price. The guy selling it was complaining about the setup process and he was spot on with that. I’d say the biggest drawback is the set up, and the space required in front of your rack in order to use the cable attachment. The whole machine when assembled is very long and if your gym is not that wide or packed with stuff, it will be difficult to maneuver. That said once set up the movement is actually pretty good. I tried it with freeweights and it was OK but with the cable attachment is where it really shines. Leg extensions are better than the curls but recommend adding a light/ extra light band to make them a bit better. Everything you read/see online pretty much is spot on. You look for somewhere to put your hands for leg curls, but there’s nothing really to grab onto. Storage is a pain and it takes up a good chunk of space. A bit of a pain to setup, but once there it’s decent. Build quality is good and it is solid/locked in under load. I got this largely on a whim out of curiosity, and it’s good, but I’m glad I got a discount on it. If you have the room, a way to attach it to a pulley system and a supported bench, it’s a decent option.

Just got this in. Was very depressed by how much space it takes up at first. But I think I can modify one of my gym’s closet to make it fit in there, which is cool. So there is possibly some space saving benefit over a dedicated machine. I was actually extremely impressed when I hooked it up to the Volta for leg extensions. Felt primo, like a leg extension machine at any commercial gym I’ve used. The leg curl is painful af on the quads. But I put my hip thrust pad down on the bench and tried it like that and it made it decent. I’m satisfied with the purchase basically. It’s cool

I tried this out at the REP showroom they had it banded and hooked into an Arcadia, I will say it feels nice but I can see this being a huge burden I personally have a 1990s leg extension lying leg curl that I prefer much more over this in deciding to potentially switch I passed on it

Once this arrived one thing was immediately apparent, it is huge! It’s as though REP channeled Rogue’s overbuilt philosophy. So huge that depending, storage may be tight based on your space. That size also comes with height so if you aren’t a taller lifter, you may want step platforms or blocks to clear this thing. I’d say you’ll be better off 6’ or more. The pads for the quads/hams are a mixed bag. For leg extension I find the pads okay except for the grippy vinyl. That vinyl grabs any pants as you get into position so you may find you’re fighting your pants twisting on you. As far as leg curls go, I see the criticism from some YouTube reviewers as far as comfort. They do put a bit of pressure on your quads and I believe the main reason is the thickness and angle of those pads on the Nighthawk. They are higher and at a different (more level) angle. So I believe that is what creates that jab into the quads. REP needs to redesign them with a more rounded and correctly angled pad. If they have to work around a one size fits all for the 3 benches then I say offer the correctly designed pads to go with the custom connector you get. But how does it actually work? I’d say pretty flippin good. I have a cable stack to connect to and the resistance curve is fantastic. Extremely smooth and very consistent. Wanting to give a decent opinion on plate loaded I tossed on some plates and added some Elite FTS light bands to even out the curve. The design did not disappoint. I was extremely impressed with the curve with weights and the bands. I’d say your muscle development won’t notice nor care if you don’t have a cable option… and it’ll save you some $70. I will dispute some gripes about connecting it as the best way to connect is simple. Stage the LD, raise the bench high, then slide bench into position. Drop back pad into position, pop pop, and done. I do think it’s great but far from perfect. It is very stable to boot, but it needs to go on a diet for sure.

Whilst at the REP Fitness UK launch I got to try this out in the Showroom, It felt nice, but the set up seems quite cumbersome, it also requires a lot of space infront of your lat tower if you want to connect it to use the cable set up. I have had the Powertec Bench with Leg Ext/Curl for the last 12 years, this is worlds apart. I didn't buy it but since REP announced the REP x Dialed Motion Leg Day bench attachment which is due later this year, I would hold off to see that first before buying.

I've been extremely impressed with this machine so far, especially with cable resistance. I haven't used any of the ultra premium brands like prime or panatta, but the leg extension feels better than any commercial unit I've used, and the leg curl also feels better than anything else I've used. The rollers feel good, and both movements have great range of motion. Feels a bit pricey especially having the cable connection as an add-on, but I have zero complaints about the unit itself.
