This bar gets mixed reviews, but for me it works. I've had two separate labrum surgeries, which makes pressing movements tough on my shoulders. This bar lets you fully customize your press angle with straight, 12-degree, or 18-degree grips, so you can find the angle for your best pressing motion. That customization is why I'm giving this bar 5 stars.

Great multigrip because you can change the grip using Rogue H5 handles. Love the knurl and feel of them. I got this on a black friday deal, so it was way worth but I do think its an overpriced bar compared to other multigrips. My only gripe was that they could have put a few more holes on the end as you can see in my pic, they just stopped.

What a saga to get this piece of equipment but it is perfect for my needs. I have upgraded the handles to the aluminum handles which, in combination with the short sleeves, makes the bar math easy at a cool 45lb. Got it custom powder coated locally, no regrets. I was able to get the handle at the perfect placement for me, something I was not able to find with other bars. As always everything with Rogue is an upcharge

Bought mine during a blowout sale after the initial release debacle if anybody remembers that. Still, with extra handles it was around 500 bucks. Great bar, but not worth the cost for very many people I'd say. The widest grip is about 4 inches (2" per side) narrower than the equivalent EFTS bars, so if that may be something to consider as well. I modded mine to get wider handles but that's a bit silly. I recommend the shirt sleeve variant to save weight

I've switched to using this bar for pretty much all my bench press movements. I have the straight grips set at the same width as my log handles for some carry over, and then use the angle grips in the center for narrow grip.
I have the stainless handles and the short stainless sleeves, which makes the bar come out to right at 45 pounds.
I'm taking off one star on quality because there's a trapped hole punch out that will rattle around in the tube forever and won't fit through a hole.

Pretty sure this is the first bar of its kind where you can change the handles out like this which is awesome. It would be cool if they made it so it could be quickly done without having to break out tools

Will survive nuclear strike, Rogue solid. Pricey for hammer curls and presses, no regrets on purchase but probably wouldn't buy again if lost.

It’s a nice bar but I only added on a Rogue garage sale find. If not for that markdown it would’ve never come into my space. It’s not a regular use bar here, but is a good accessory or pace change piece
