Monster Single Leg Roller 2.0

Monster Single Leg Roller 2.0

Each single foam roller is assembled in Columbus, Ohio, and equipped with a heavy duty, vinyl-upholstered foot pad measuring 4.25" in diameter and 16” across (3” longer than the original model). For Version 2.0, we’ve also replaced the original shaft collars with (2) custom shaft collars machined in house. These new collars come with set screws that lock into place and keep the roller from moving up and down the shaft. A patent pending, knurled screw-on nut (also machined in-house) allows athletes to easily remove, move, and re-mount the roller without the need of a wrench or other tools.

It’s smaller form factor than you’d think but that’s either a good thing or a bad thing depending on the individual. To me, a little more length would be helpful and that’s definitely what she said. It’s built really well like all other Rogue products and it’s easy to mount with a good knurled nut to lock it in. Like a previous review stated, the washer is always wanting to come off but it’s not a deal breaker. I wouldn’t say this is better or worse than the competitors. I would probably buy this one again

Works as it should. The only complaint I have is I wish they would have found a better solution for the plastic washer. It falls off whenever you’re not paying attention

This is a nice leg roller. Whether you’ll like it really depends on your personal preference. It’s rather soft compared to some firmer foam rollers out there, but I’m happy with it. Hands down, it’s better than the Rep ones I had before. It uses the standard 1” thread and comes with a nice Monster nut, so it mounts securely to my rack. Overall, it’s worth the money for me and has become a regular part of my leg day routine.

Worth the purchase but over time the set screw can come loose so I have to pay attention and check it periodically

It’s a nice leg roller over all but the pad is not as sling or as firm as some others. This makes it hard to spin. Still exceptional for and finish.

Takes up only one hole, great for split squats with Kettlebells and Dumbbells off the rack. Easy to set up and store. I have a longer Titan dedicated piece that I use with my Powertec Belt Squat

It's a good quick option if you're doing split squats with dumbell, but I personally prefer something that goes from one side of the rack to the other, or something that can be centered in the middle of the rack in case I want to do split squats with a barbell. It's built well like everything from Rogue

Very basic and versatile piece of equipment and well made. Easily mounted and removed with the knurled nut so that they can be moved around for various exercises. Excellent for split squats, Nordic curls, and possibly in the future for landmine hack squats if I get a figjammer (Black Widow). I also use them as leg holders for lat pulldowns because I thought the giant roller across the rack might be too much to deal with. You do have to open your legs up a bit but no big deal. I find the padding comfortable although I think others may be plusher. And the rotation on mine works well.

Knurled knob is great to tighten down onto rack. Pad is very comfortable. I use 2 of them in the rack for lat pull down leg holders, on the side of the rack for back extensions, and then individually for split squats.
