The bar is literally solid and heavy which is fine. Probably the only good aspect. Pad and overall build quality seem like rogue out sourced the manufacturing. I'll take my Titan SSB over this 9 days a week.

Get an Elite FTS Yoke SSB. You'll thank me later. Dont get this.

This bar gets a lot of hate, I think part of it is we expect so much from Rogue and this product has one huge flaw, which is the pad. If they could just put on a better one they could leave the rest of the bar as is and it would be great.

This is like the Walmart brand of SSB's these days. The camber doesn't feel good and the neck pad is too small

Rogue usually does a great job but I can 100% say this bar sucks. Unrefined, I'm not a small guy And the pad kills my shoulders, I do not like the Angle of the camber on the safety squat bar. Would not recommend

Just not a good bar, terrible padding, the Elite FTS SSYoke is the best in every way.

I don’t understand why/how this bar is so bad. The padding is horrible, the handle spacing is bad. It’s just a super uncomfortable bar

The worst SSB ever, the padding is a literal joke and for the money it makes no sense with the other competitors out there selling for less and for better quality

An average performing safety squat bar for a fairly expensive price. It's heavy and can be unwieldy, so if you're not storing this in your rack somehow, you're going to fine reasons as to why you don't want to use it. Plus, compared to other SSBs, the balance always felt a bit off, so it could be the reason I don't like safety squats as I haven't done one since I sold this bar.

Worst SSB I have ever used, the pad was useless. Have used multiple times at a couple different gym while traveling and it was a disappointment each time
