Single Leg Squat Roller

Single Leg Squat Roller

While utilizing this stand-alone Single-Leg Squat Roller, you can perform various exercises more efficiently and comfortably. By placing the crease of your ankle on the roller pad, you will get a better range of motion while carrying out loaded movements with kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, or a weighted vest. Built to perform Bulgarian split squats, this bolt-together lower body specialty machine includes gussets to enhance the structural support and features an adjustable roller pad for added comfort and stability. The squat stand quickly adjusts in 12 positions within 1-inch increments, and it comes equipped with rubber feet to prevent movement while in use. The Single-Leg Squat Roller forces intense muscle work on the weight-bearing leg and focuses not only on the quads, hamstrings, and glutes but the core as well.

It's perfect for what it is, which is an adjustable height leg roller for single leg work. It has a high weight limit and I have used it to support my back during hip thrusts. It's sturdy and does not wobble or tip. While most racks have accompanying leg rollers as attachments, a free standing roller is more versatile and can be used throughout the gym.

I usually do Bulgarians with a barbell, and obviously balance becomes an issue and it doesn’t wobble it’s rock solid. My only complaint I could even try and come up with would be the adjustment takes like 1-2min but if you’re the only one that’s gonna use it it’ll be set and never touched again. I bought it planning to upgrade it at some point in the future and I honestly have no reason to whatsoever. One of those pieces that has one job and does it well. Ps you can put a drink spotter lite on this bad boy anywhere you want

Another respectable piece of equipment by Titan. It's surprisingly sturdy for how light weight it is, it's much easier to move around that a bench, and you can use it from inside your rack. With the low price point, small footprint, and low cost of maintenance, you really can't go wrong pulling the trigger on this.

I’m on board with everyone who has reviewed this so far, it’s very inexpensive but yet strong and easy to adjust. Easy to move and position in place and works well for me to perform split squats on my belt squat. Good job Titan 💪🏼

Its pretty handy for doing split squats with dumbells, but I wouldn't use it for anything heavy. Ive managed to tip it over a couple times on accident

This was a game changer for me with Bulgarian split squats and inverted row variations. Everyone has experienced putting the rear foot on the bench and how uncomfortable or awkward that is. As someone who has rolled their ankles many times in their youth trying to use the bench was just never good for my foot. Once I got this piece I never had to worry about that again and it is just a much safer item. I totally recommend it in the home gym

Very good piece to throw into training at a low price. Light weight so it is easy to move around but sturdy enough that it will not move while using it.

This is a piece I wish I didn’t sell. It’s a good value so I could get it back. My rack roller is a good substitute, but the stability and ease to position this makes split squats easy. Very strong and secure to put some serious weight one.
