T-Grip Barbell
Discontinued
Grips are strategically designed without a bulky middle section that most bars have. The straight middle section of T-Grips contour around your body as you lift, which gives you unlimited lifting options and maximum range mobility. Accessing a wider range of exercises with this bar will help you build muscle faster and more efficiently than with a traditional bar, which is why it is a great purchase for an at-home gym.

For benching, it reigns supreme in my home. Takes a minute to initially find your balance point (and figure out the plate math) but for your efforts, you're rewarded with a great increase in comfort.

I got this second hand and traded a 53lb kettlebell and some cash for this baby. I’ve got the one with the sleeves that spin and use it exclusively for OHP. The hand angle is perfect for overhead press and the angled shaft keeps away from your head when you’re lifting it up. It’s beefy and has that incredible AB build quality. I feel really lucky to have score this thing.

A great option for a neutral grip bar that will allow you to comfortably overhead press with it as well as tricep extensions
