Manufactured in the USA, the Thompson Fat Pad™ by Rogue is the proper bench pad to maximize power and minimize injury. This oversized bench pad measures 50” L x 14.5” W x 4.5” H (about twice the thickness and 2.5” wider than a standard pad), and is designed to bolt onto any flat Rogue weight bench. It also includes a plywood bottom that enables it to be mounted to most other benches, as well.*

Purchased this and added it onto my Rogue Westside Bench. Can really dig in due to the grippiness of the pad. Did raise the height a bit, so added plates under my feet.

Honestly DONT BUY THIS PAD. Benching on anything else is like a horrible experience now. By far my favorite bench pad, when I have some time to kill I’m going to see about getting it mounted to my combo rack. For the price you really can’t go wrong buying this pad.

Had this on a Forza bench, it was the best my bench has ever felt. Padding was comfortable and stable, and the vinyl was supper grippy.

I love this thing. Put one on a bench at work for the big boys and knew I had to have one for my old shoulders. Nice heavy duty foam, sticky vinyl and easy to attach to a variety of bench frames. Only potential downside is I now hate benching without it.

This is the BEST bench pad upgrade out there, especially if you are a big, strong person. Very grippy vinyl and perfectly paired with the Rogue Monster Utility Bench 2.0.

Nice pad, nice grip. Great for me, but my ladies absolutely hated as some of them basically were doing a floor press off it or hit them funny in width. Had mine in a Westside bench and sold both together.

Really nice pad upgrade. Super comfortable, and if you're an XXL type of guy (or even just an XL) this is a worthy upgrade for most flat bench pads
