The 50mm diameter sleeves fit Olympic weight plates and have a loadable sleeve length of 11.25" to fit multiple plates. Also, each holder features a rubber stopper to protect your plates from scratching against the bolts or power rack.

They fit perfectly on a Rogue Monster. They have funky adapters to get smaller hardware to work. It works and was a fraction of what Rogue charges.
