My wife primarily uses it, but I will admit I have done intense core workouts with it and will also admit I underestimated it practical use. Had it for 3 years, durable, good quality and needs a small refill every 6-8 months.

It’s a pretty good tool to stretching and doing roll outs with. It doubles as a seat when you’re feeling lazy. The plastic doesn’t fair well in the cold weather, but that’s not really it’s fault
