About the Gym

Typical single bay freestanding garage building semi-insulated. Most of my equipment is used commercial equipment I gotten from a warehouse in Hickory, NC. (Shout out to Used Gym Store) My goal has been to get the most durable commercial grade equipment for the least amount of money that serves the most function for the space. This isn’t a pretty gym with cool new stuff (even though it may be one day), but it gets the job done.
