About the Gym

Family-built basement gym centered around the Force USA Cornerstone FTR Rack. I love this space we have created. This isn’t just my gym. My teenage son with Down syndrome loves to ego lift, and my wife inspires me daily with her strength and consistency. We love equipment that is simple, yet functional, but our gym is always evolving.
