About the Gym

This is my 4th version of my home gym. I’ve always had a gym setup in my home since I was 15. After getting married in 2008 and having kids my lifting style has changed quite a bit over the years, as life has changed my equipment started to change, I started with a smaller one in my basement when I bought my first home. Once we moved this last time I decided to move it into my garage mostly because the ceiling height. The most recent pictures posted are my new rack purchased in October and it started to get a little wild and adding new things especially attachments for the new rack. Now I’ve jumping to lever arms and new ways to organize my weights and dumbbells. I love having my home gym. I love that my kids see me being active and staying strong, and I believe staying close to your family while on this journey of life truly is something that will stick with them as they grow up.
