About the Gym

Welcome to the Salty Goat! When the neon is lit be prepared to be wowed by a 40-something dad squatting to pop punk. On the left, a Concept2 BikeErg and an EliteFTS PCD (reverse hyper/GHD/Frankenstein dip station/standing desk). The centerpiece is the Eleiko Prestera half rack with Rogue echo V2 bumper plates which is flanked by barbells - American Barbell Chewy, Rogue Chan bar, Marrs bar, Rogue Pyrros bar, and Fringe open trap bar. Nestled inside the half rack is a platform which contains a hidden low mount for a Beyond Power Voltra - this setup is great for digitally-powered Belt squats and curls. Next to the dumbbells we've got a sick accessory wall featuring alllll the implements from Savage Strength, JD Gym Equipped, Darko, and..... Bluslm? Lots of fun customized and DIY setups hidden throughout. Come hang out sometime!
