About the Gym

Powerlifting focused gym with a little CrossFit thrown in. Started as a humble basement gym in 2017 and transitioned to the garage in our new house in 2019. As most home gyms go it’s been added in to, swapped out and rearranged about a hundred times but it’s my favorite place to train!
