They are bands. They have a Rogue logo on them so they’re more expensive. I have them because I was ordering anyway and it made sense to get the free shipping. They’ve held up to a decent amount of use and being stored in a garage with a debatable amount of climate control

Nice option for smaller jumps on our adjustable DB’s. They seem well built and are easy to take on and off. I have smaller hands, so I don’t have any issues with room on the handles, but I could see that being an issue for others.

I am not a deadlift bar person but it pops up in competition so I was monitoring marketplace until I found a deal. The bar is nice, no issues with the cerakote and good knurling. The added length over a normal bar does make it harder to maneuver around in my limited space, so I find myself only using it when I’m specifically programmed on a DL bar.

They work as advertised, connecting the farmers handles into a frame. It usually takes some jiggling to get them in place, and after the 100th time installing them, I finally remember which hole to use (4th from the end). For a taller person, the frame opening can seem a little smaller than others. The powdercoat is chipping off them in some places, but they have been used a lot.

Commercial grade back extension. I only got this one because of a GGC gift card prize. Very well built, easy to put together, high quality pad. At 5’4” with a sub 30” inseam, the lowest setting is borderline for me depending which muscle group I’m working so sometimes I put a board on the foot plate. The lip is enough on the footplate to hold my feet in place, but my husband has commented he’d rather have a pad to lock is ankles in.

These came with my used yoke. Nice to have for adding weight to the uprights, especially for loading over the crossbar. Easy to take on and off.

Well built yoke, I bought mine used on marketplace. The price new is a bit high in my opinion. It can be hard to assemble and disassemble since you have to slide the crossbar over the uprights and down into places. If the ground is uneven and it’s not lined up just right, it can be hard to get the crossbar to slide down. But that does mean there’s not a lot of wobble on the uprights when moving, which is a plus. Rogue will sell you extra parts; I bought a second crossbar so I’d have that could get beat up with stones. Tricky for me to store in half of a two car garage.

Mine is a 10” with different thickness material on the bell and not compatible with the end caps. It’s 75lbs empty, so it’s not the best option for starting out training dumbbell. The build quality is typical MBPC. Mine has been used in competition and is fine. My axle collars will come loose while doing reps. Definitely not a budget option, it’s more the buy once, cry once option.
