On the more expensive side for throwing bags. Handle will get chewed up by concrete, but that’s normal. The zipper pull on mine is damaged, probably because I didn’t have it tucked enough. If you’re shorter it can be a bit tricky to swing and for filling to lighter weights you’ll want to use rubber to help fill it out.

Work just fine on my Pr-4000 rack. UMHW to protect the arms and bar for drops. I’ve dropped lifts on mine and also used them for a DIY Ukrainian deadlift setup when they would have had my weight, the utility seat weight and 300lbs of implement weight on them just fine. I don’t use the extra pins to hold them in place usually and don’t have issues. I can also use them to load over with the dimensions of my rack crossmembers

They are rubber coated plates. I only have the 45s. Handle is nice for moving them around the gym. No issues with using them in any bars I own. Bit of a smell at first but it went away. No issues with the rubber coating tearing or becoming brittle.

These were the first collars I got for the home gym. They worked on all the bars we had. Sometimes they were difficult to close and every so often they wouldn’t quite lock in to place and pop open if I dropped the bar. I got extra rubber inserts to match the colors of my rack.

These quickly became my daily driver collars. Easy to take on and off, I usually can hang them nearby while changing weights. They can come loose on a big bar drop, but other wise they’re great. A few paint chips and lettering is discolored from heavy use.

When the curl bar fairy decided to visit our home gym, she found this version on sale. It’s a functional curl bar. The coating isn’t great and it has some oxidation. Knurling is fine, angle seems like a standard curl bar.

It’s hard to beat the quality of MBPC. I have the 20” version, which is larger than most atlas stones I’ll have to lift as a lightweight woman. It’s very challenging and I usually end up having to use a tacky towel. I haven’t had any issues with plates fitting, but that is a common complaint I’ve heard. I don’t have space to keep a bunch of stones at home so this was a high priced solution to enable consistent stone training.

When I start to get a little to serious if lifting isn’t going well, this flag on the wall reminds that lifting is a hobby that is fun. So I smile and dance between sets after the flag reminds me that this isn’t a space for serious geese.
