Really great to use with a small modification but a bit disappointed with a few features. They are quite heavy, very expensive for what they are, they come with cheap carabiners which fit tightly and limit the freedom of motion. Replacing the carabiners with paracord soft shackles has made these my favorite for pulling motions, they rotate freely, reduce the weight slightly and are easier than the cheap gates on the factory clips.

This thing is great! It is a bit stiff at first but it softens up and forms to your hands with use.

I think there are much better options for the price now, but at the time of purchasing it was a decent mid range option.

I have the medium size since I have low ceilings and it works great, heavy enough to feel sturdy but still easy to move. The padded cover makes it work well as a seat or chest press pad as well.

Great addition to a gym without room for a functional trainer or if you like to tinker with weight profiles etc.
