Finally found a use for some old York squat stands. Cool peice for a gym with other vintage things.

They look cool. However the weight of my plates are way off. One is 42 the other is 45. They are known to crack around the hub. Cool for hub lifting.

Honestly they do exactly what I bought them to do. Only to display some of my plates on the wall. Would buy again.

Solid deep dish plates. They have a cool look. Seems to fit the bar nicely and overall accurate weight.

Not the best casting. They are sloppy on the bar. If you’re looking for weight they get the job done. They have a cool look to them.

For someone that has never used a monolift before I was always curious. Not having to walk out a squat or put extra stress on shoulders when unracking for bench is a huge plus. It takes a little bit to get used to but they are fantastic. The build quality is top notch as expected from Rogue.
