I find this to be one of, if not the, best chest presses ever. I tried it at a gym in Hawaii and was amazed at how it felt. Incredibly smooth, great strength curve, good for high and low reps, lots of adjustability. For the question of value… it’s worth it to me, but I certainly wouldn’t say it was a smart financial move. If you get a chance, try it out.
Nice way to micro load for training to hit a deep dish hub lift. Pretty slick finish, harder in my opinion than doing a hub with a 45lber, so a good training tool. Finish will chip against the loading horn when you drop it or it slips out of your hand.
Some of the COC grippers I have are north of 20yrs and still get the job done. I’m sure there are cheaper options but if you get these you can be sure you are getting a gripper that will last.
Expensive for what it is, but mine is 20yrs old and still works fine. If you are into grip training and don’t have one of these, it would be hard to say your into grip training.
Not much to this, it does what it’s advertised to do. Mine is around 20yrs old and is holding up just fine. Has been used for a variety of grip work and belt squats over the years.
