Used EliteFTS's version of this. Its a great bench, the one I used didn't have the grippiest pad but it looks like they fixed that. Its built like a tank

I've used the full cage version under the EliteFTS name (WS makes their equipment) and it was as good as any of their monolifts with just the added safety features, which was really nice. Takes up an absolute ton of room though so definitely more of a commercial gym piece

This is definitely the most extreme version of all of the slingshots. It's comparable to a lesser degree of those monstrosities today that you see 150lb teenagers benching 600 with on IG

Ungodly expensive for what it is. You can find pieces on Amazon that do as good of a job for this. There's selctorized pieces much cheaper than this

Not that I've ever pulled enough on an axle bar to worry about bending it, but this one definitely will not bend. I don't compete in strongman and use them more as a training tool, but this bar was the best I've used to date

Pretty much the generic rubber hex dumbells that are made the samenas everyone else who sells these. They have the tapered handle which I think serves no real purpose. Great for beginners nonetheless

Not a bad option for some physical therapy exercises. I had a nerve injury in my neck a couole years ago which shut off my pec/tricep/lat completely, and doing stability pushups on this really helped gain some strength back
