These are a nice option for chest supported barbell rows to get more ROM and pull with a neutral grip. Also good for pullups if you only have a straight bar

Its built really well but its not something I'd use very often, and I also don't see many other people using it either. Kinda a fad that came and went, but thats no knock on the product itself

My old gym had this bar and I liked it a lot. Knurling was similar to Rogue's IMO and less aggressive than a TPB

Really a nice piece of equipment. Much more well thought out versus the hammer strength seated shrug machine. It would be nice if the handles had another option to allow for holding it at the side of your hips versus in front of your body only

Not a good option. If you have a leg extension that only goes up so far at lockout, you wont be able to lock out fully. Plus its way too expensive for a pad

A really nice and sinple leg press that reminds me in ways of the cybex. This looks like it has a slightly wider foot plate and its super compact. Definitely will be one of my considerations for when I add a leg press to my gym

Probably the best starter rack you can get for a home gym or commercial gym. Its basic but very well built and the 1in holes are a plus for adding to the rack as you go
