Can't believe im saying this for a monolift, but this is overbuilt. The hooks where the bar sits are far too large and the distance between where the bar sits and the bottom of that J-cup is too long. If you had a wide handed squatted with the racks "in" those hooks are 100% hitting your biceps. Gravity is only working downwards on those j cups so they don't need to be so big. Im sure they sell very few of these but I'd bet they would sell more if they changed that
