Not a bad option but will get maxed out quickly by most people if you're decently strong. Leg presses are seldomly good when not plate loaded IMO

Not an awesome idea IMO. The bench isn't competition standard, and I'm personally not a fan of Rogue's strap safety system . This style of bench is usually seen being used with metal rod spotter for thingslike pin presses, etc, but its very different with those. You're better off spending a little more for a combo rack or just wheeling a bench into a rack

I don't use it as much as the barbell rescue one but it works as it should. We'll see how the durability over time holds up

Works just fine me at around 250lbs. Its rolls smooth and doesn't break, can't ask for much more

Great tool if your dumbell are only in 10lb increments or if you're trying to really maximize linear progression

Not sure why they made the camber so far out. If you're benching or doing rows with it, you can only get the benefit from the extra ROM if you grab outside of the camber

Used these ages ago and never really liked them. They're big and clunky and limit you on some normal dumbell exercises you can do

Good basic beginner dumbells. I think most of us have owned these or another similar brand at some point or used them
