Great tool for when someone tries to break into your home gym

Pretty solid standalone bench, but for the price you can just get a hansu combo rack which you can squat out of and have roller hooks. The pad on this one is much grippier than their other benches that arent combo's

Not as nice as rogue's yoke. You definitely can't fit as much weight on there as there's only one loading spot per side, where as rogue's yoke has 2 per side

Much more comfortable and beefy than most other triangle bar grips. But more expensive since it's Rogue

Used it at ATP gym from time to time. No difference really between this and a prowler. Always a fun, humbling time

Kind of a nicer feeling upgrade from a single rope attachment that fits your hand a bit better

Probably one of the better seated crunch machines out there that I've tried. Expensive because of the name, but other than thag it works well, even the plate loaded version

My old gym had this and it worked great. He had a ton of specialty bars in it which made it like a rubics cube getting one out but it was super sturdy
