Great all around bar. Bare steel is the best option so it lasts a long time. Still always prefer my TPB flr the aggressive knurling but this is just as good

Used this a decent amount at ATP gym. Don't have many other brands to compare it to but it was easy to adjust and comfortable to use

Don't enjoy this for much else other than tricep work once in a blue moon. Can be a tad uncomfortable and there's a lot of other companies that have much improved this design

My old gym had them and used them mostly for dumbell stuff since those were on the 2nd floor of the gym. Worked just fine and caught 100+lb dumbbells with no issues

Used at my old gym (who reviewed this just before me.) I honestly thought they were mag grips until I found out otherwise. Even without rubber they still worked great and felt good in your hands

Another good option for grip work on pullups with the added challenge of stability. Great for cable work too

No complaints with the bench other than the pad isnt super grippy, but the 3.0 bench addressed that issue. Great bench otherwise

Not the worst shoulder bench but not the best. The back pad is almost completely vertical which makes it harder to get into a good position, and the front foot pegs are bulkier than it needs to be
