Used this probably about a decade agao and its amazing. Much better than having to walk around carrying a sandbag for distance. Sad that it's discontinued and super hard to find now

Its cool that they're vintage and all, but the straight edges make them unusable for deadlifts

Good old school piece. Its an appropriate height off the ground so you can get good leg drive and stability, and the rack is at a good height. Only dislike is that the pad gets more narrow towards the top which gives you less shoulder stability

Solid commercial gym plates. Good rubber quality but also on the thicker side

A nice back extension I've found a couple times in commercial gym. The padding is nice and it goes pretty far down your quads which adds comfort. Only component is that its not very high off the ground so grabbing a barbell or weights isnt easy unless you elevate it off the ground

Really beautiful plates if you can find them. You get the luxury of chrome and the plates still being color coordinated without the ugly painted color strip on the edges, so when the bar is loaded you just see chrome edges unless its the side angle

Probably one of the better commercial gym benches I was forced to use that wasn't a combo rack. The grip was pretty good and the rack height wasn't too high or low

Not a bad rack for a commercial gym, but like most commercial racks that don't use 5/8 or 1in holes, these are spaced too far apart for most people. Unracking a squat for me was either a half squat or a calf raise while im 5'11
