Expensive, but in my eyes the perfect shoulder press bench. Short back pad, angled slightly back, and a spotter step.

A really underrated bench, it'll give you a great stretch on pressing and fly movement's by not locking your scapula's in place

Very well built with great knurling. Awesome for pushdowns and curls

Solid bench for a commercial gym, but the pad is super slick and not grippy, making it a struggle to get a good arch and keep it

I rotate between this one and the medium grip version. Both of these are great for me and I have made a ton of upler back gains with them. Because you aren't focusing on grip so much you really can mentally connect with your upper back

Probably my favorite lat pulldown attachment of all time. Between it being shoulder width wide and neutral grip, this attachment alone has put a ton of size on my upper back. The unique grip also makes it super easy to hold onto

I have 2 of them. They're nice and helpful for some PT exercises I do
