Just a very odd situation going on here. I don't know why anyone would want a 2-cable, single post cable machine like this that is $3500+. Really cant do any of the exercises that you would benefit from with a functional trainer, and the 2 cables makes it awkward attaching anything to it

Definitely a good GHR, but the abrams 2.0 is far superior. On this one the rear foot plate can wobble around a bit if you don't really crank down on the tightening screw

They used these in the warmup area of WRPF nationals. I was a big fan of them, I'd put it up there with an EliteFTS combo rack

Some of the first dumbells I ever owned and got my start with. They're great for someone starting out that doesn't want to spend a ton on fancy dumbells

Definitely a great machine for building into a bodyweight nordic. The chest pad helps you stay neutral from knees to shoulders. However you can get the same effect from a band under your arms attached to something behind you

The best tricep machine of all time. This works the long head of the tricep so well. The foot plate makes it easier on your shoulders to start your set. I usually get some shoulder irritation doing iverhead tricep work, but it never happened with this machine

Pretty cool that you can customize colors, but these cost more than chrome dumbells. Like thousands of dollars more

Probably some of the best chrome calibrated plates out there today in terms of looks and price, but they have such a god awful name that I just cant get over lol
