They're good boxes for some uses but I always felt sketched out doing box jumps with them because of how they flex being foam

Great plates. These were the most common ones around with Ivanko when Kilo plates really started becoming popular. Definitely pricier than most these days

I won't rate it under 5 stars because I haven't tried it yet, but I know as a powerlifter I'd pay top dollar for this if there was a way to set this so I could use it as an overload on compound movements. For example on a squat, have 400 on the bar. And then have a voltra on each side pulling down on the descent of the squat to make it 500 to 600. Or the change the resistance curve to make it harder on your slower points of the lift to help eliminate weak points

Pretty basic J-cups. Nothing special about them. They hold the weight there and it doesnt roll off. The lip is decent sized as well

As small as it is its actually quite useful and holds up well. Works perfectly doing block pulls when you don't have a single jack

I have the monster version and I use it multiple times a week. Its much easier for me than using an incline bench for my dedicated rowing movements not on a cable machine. I do wish the top bad was adjustable and could rotate, but its still perfect for a home gym setting where youre limited on your accessories already. It is a pain moving it around but in all reality it takes me about a minute to walk it from one side of my fym to the other. I currently keep in on the bottom shelf of my storage shelf but I'll need to think of something else

I love body tempering, but buying these things brand new is really a pain. They're pricey, expensive to ship, and for someone like me I generally need something well over 100lbs tl gain a true positive affect. And you couple it with it being a rogue product and the price is through the roof. You're better off finding someone to fabricate it locally if you can. Mine is 50lbs than my wife uses and I can only use it on 1 quad while having to actively push down on it
