Used one of these with a fat pad on it at a gym. Because the front is one smaller post vs one longer one, it makes the bench want to tilt side to side if you're leaning one direction or the other while sitting on the edge of it

If you've ever had body tempering done you know how good but uncomfortable it is. This is pretty genius. Your head actually has a place to go so your neck is in a neutral position and not turned to either side

Amazing alternative to a leg press. I always felt this a ton more in my adductors (in a good way) and because you're sitting upright its easy on your lower back
