Really nice quality plates that held up over time. I used these a lot in the past and they always stayed looking nice

Your average run of the mill plates, but very reliable. Not always the most accurate but thats to be expected with non calibrated plates

They're good basic dumbells for lighter weight/home gym stuff, but they get comically large the heavier they get

Pretty similar to Legend's rack when it comes to the J-cup and attachment situation which is eay too far apart. However the resort I was staying at in Hawaii had this on their outdoor gym which was sweet

Not awesome solid choice for deadlifting at all but doable for everything else. Nothing special about them at all except a convenient handle to grab them with. Also they held up well in this cool outdoor resort gym in Hawaii

Same complaint as their other racks from me, the hole spacings are too far apart making it awkward. Very solid piece but the j-cup situation and hole spacing needs work

These are a great alternative to fat grips but obviously if you want to have an angled grip. These work great on bench as the help you keep your elbows tucked in properly

Chances are if you've used this you're a pretty hardcore powerlifter that has been around a long time. Could use some spotter arms though but I know thats a newer bench thing
