It's a cool little piece that I've used a handful of times. It's useful depends on your intentions. Most of the core stuff I do I want my lower back flat and not rounded

Pretty comfortable and lightweight. I'd be worried about the velcro's durability over time though, it didn't feel top quality

Quality dumbells from Rogue. Nothing flashy or fancy. Buying a full set of 5-100lbs can get pretty pricey compared to other companies. I got a full set of chrome dumbells from Kensui for around 8k that included a rack. Rogue wants 14k+ for that without a rack

These come in handy for some specialty bars like SSB's and cambered bars where some typical collars are too big

This is a good simple trap bar that doesn't have any flex to it when going heavy. Not the flashiest by any means but it works well

Hammer Strength absolutely killed it with the curved back design here. You get such a good stretch compared to other machines like this without the curved back

If you're insistant on doing board presses the old school way and actually have training partners, these are the way to go. Its nice not having to make them yourself, and they make pretty great phone holders for recording your sets if you don't wanna be a tripod guy (or gal)
