Probably fine for the senior citizens at your local YMCA that just want to move, but not a good choice for anyone else. Save your money and train your core the right way
The last commercial gym I was a member of had one of these. It was plenty sturdy but I didn't like how high up the pads for the back of your foot went. Felt weird having the pressure on your calves and not the back of your feet
This is an exact spitting image of the Titan preacher curl bench I have. Even down to the plastic end caps on the legs. I've been perfectly happy with it and it's help up well
Good for some tricep stuff, some bicep stuff, and thats about it. There's better options out there that are more "luxury" but the basics always work fine too
