Good simple handles that are great for beginners and will never break. They'll squeak and drive you nuts without headphones which is the only downside

Used a brand very similar to this on Amazon, and they really are a great bargain. 4 resistance levels in one pack is amazing. I used these a ton after my hip surgeries so having resistance options was huge

Really a unique and well thought out bench. Im surprised more American companies aren't starting to make these. You see them a lot with plate loaded incline fly machine's but never standalone benches like this

They work great with chain sets, I wouldn't not want any smaller of a carabiner for that

Same generic hex dumbells that everyone else sells. They get far too big as they get heavy, and the knurling is pretty terrible. They're fine for beginners though

My old gym had these, and after trying it for the first time I was quite humbled. Would be a fun tool to practice with

Way too expensive, and too light of a stack for what it does. You're good for some biceps snd triceps on this, and that's about it

Great for some select core exercises, or if you're using pressing machines and need a little more back support if the seat adjustability isnt good. Overall a pretty handy tool to have around
