I used a slightly older version of the exact same machine at my old gym. It's definitely a great shoulder builder and always had a wait to use it. The adjustable foott plate is a nice touch depending on how tall you are

The slanted hooks feel so much more stable, but the pack I bought only had a few that were usable for all my stuff

Can't believe I waited this long to install one. It's just so much nicer to look at and show off all the attachments. Now I can downsize my storage shelves

A nice variation to bench blocks if you're dealing with some shoulder issues

Great lat builder, its much more comfortable using an underhand grip, overhand it feels like your hands are too close together and your arms get more involved than your back

This machine could probably use some improvements. It takes up a lot of space, the location where you load the weights is a bit odd (on the back at an upward angle). Also the crossbar at the top is a bit too far away from where your elbows touch the elbow pads

This piece is great for the lower lats and mid back. It's more beneficial IMO to do one arm at a time and really get a good stretch

Same complaint for me here as the leg extension. A roller pad on the calves would be much more comfortable versus their pad that stays in one spot
