Again like the leg curl, nothing special or stand out about it. It's smooth and you get a good stretch in the range of motion. I always do my leg extensions one leg at a time for higher reps, so I didn't have any issues either with the weight stack

Its a good machine. Nothing special or ordinary about it. The positioning angle of being bent att the waist (if that makes sense) felt good, when the knees drop down lower than the hips. The weight stack is pretty decently heavy as well

I don't typically find myself using a trap bar very often for training, but the few times I have I tried this bar and found it pretty useful being able to tip in onto the side for loading/unloading it. I know a lot of other trap bars have high handle options as well, but I liked them on this

Like others have said, the only setting I actually liked was the goblet squat setting. I offen found myself just using a standard SSB when training called for it instead of this

A simple way to build the legs and get a good warmup/cardio if you have the space. I've successfully gotten rid of a lot of knee oain/tendonitis with this from attaching it to my waist with a belt and walking backwards for time

Very overbuild for what it is. I could understand it being overbuilt if it was meant for people using additional weight for back extensions, like a deadlift movement or holding weight, but it's too low to the ground to do anything like that easily. A lot of us at the gym would have to carry bumper plates or deadlift mats over to it to raise it off the ground

A nice variation to your standard American Press bar. Its great for building power off of your chest in the bench press, and also great for doing seal rows or chest supported rows where the camber allows more range of motion. I've used this a bunch and always love it

One of the best hack squats out there. The adjustability on the upper back portion is a great unique touch that puts you into a more natural squat position
