This one and the westside belt squat are about the same thing. I actually prefer these style belt squats more than any other ones on the market because you don't have to hold onto anything while squatting. Allowing to you hold a kettlebell, broomstick or PVC on your back, etc.

Its found in a ton of commercial gyms. Most of the Legend ones I've used had hole spacings way too far apart. So on a squat you're either unracking on your toes or halfway down a squat

I've had mine for a long time, and just never use it anymore. I think people have realized there's sometimes better ways to workout the lockout portion of bench or to overload it. With that being said the red version is definitely more aggressive than the blue one. I get over 50-60lbs of carryover from it typically

Pretty cool variation of an SSB. A standard SSB really emphasizes the quads much more because it sits like a high bar squat. This bar behaves like a low bar squat with the benefit of saving your shoulders. I really liked using it for good mornings

These plates were the same one's benedikt magnusson used to pull 1015lbs on, and Eric spoto benched 700 on. These are super rare and collectible at this point

I wish these were more readily available. These have been such a classic powerlifting look for a long time, especially the green 50kg ones. I've used these a few times and they're very nice, but im sure cost a fortune now

Classic competition collars that have been around a long time. They aren't fancy or shiny chrome like a lot of them now, but they work well. No real purpose for a home gym unless you just really like them or want everything to be comp specific for training. Other cheaper collars work just as well too

They're good if you have kilo's and want an exact replica of the bar setup you'll be using in competition. Otherwise there's plenty of other less expensive and effective collars out there that do the job just fine
