I've used these a ton in my lifting career. They're pretty much identical to ivanko's dumbells. Good knurling and durable

This was the first piece of equipment that I ever lifted on. My dad bought this rack and was teaching me to lift in our basement around 12-13. It never broke and is still there to this day

I'd put this up against some of the best combo racks out there. It's not as flashy as ones like EliteFTS or Hansu, but its basic and does the job well. The bench pad is firm and grippy which is the most that I look for

Super solid on belt squats as advertised. I performed found it pretty comfortable and it didn't grind into my hips

These perfectly fit through a lifting belt so you can also do things like sled drags with them, or things like rows, flys, etc.

Spud inc always is quality. These work especially great if you can find a tall cable stack with a back pad mounted to it

Awesome back machine with a small footprint. Got to use it once at an old gym, and it's super smooth. It can be easy to ego lift on it and pile on a bunch of weight, but once your get the hang of it it's pretty difficult. You can also flip the chest pad backwards and then it become easier for women to use too

I didn't mind this machine, the range of motion felt nice and smooth. The machine didn't sway or move around during the reps. Its just such a massive machine and the counterweight is kinda ridiculous
