Its a simple quality bench that has good grippy material. I like its simplicity that I can elevate it on some blocks or ribber mats and use it for seal rows. Its also super light and easy to move around

Used at my old gym, this thing is a beast. All of the tension goes straight to your chest which is what I want, and the adjustability is nice feature on the back pad

My old gym had this, you may as well lay down on a bare piece of plywood and bench off of it. Its super uncomfortable and you just cant get set up well to bench

Solid machine for the upper chest. I've had times where the angle irritates my shoulders but as long as you keep the elbows tucked it works well

Its a good belt squat by all means but I never felt like it really mimicked a true squat pattern. This definitely emphasizes the quads more around the knee area instead of the hips, no matter how forward or backwards you stand over the pulley. Plus youre forced to hold the lever to keep it from racking so you can't squat hands free unless you rig something up with a band

Ive had it about a week and it seems like it's not holding air all that well. Gets the job well done enough for my occasional use of it

I know they're a complete rip off from Mag grips but you can't beat getting the full variety of these on amazon for the price. The quality is great and you can't tell a difference minus the name

As per usual Rogue, this thing is overbuilt and massive. Still one of the smoothest lat pulldowns ive used
