I've only heavily trained with the Rogue TB1 trap bar before this one, but for comparison, this bar is a huge improvement. Feels a little easier to navigate in small spaces. Definitely easier to store. The knurl on the Oppen bar is pretty passive for a DL bar, so I've replaced the handles with JD Gym Equipped. There are a ton of open trap bars that are similar enough to this and more affordable, so couldn't recommend it.

These will bend with 5+ 45s stored on them. Definitely don't plan on storing a big set. They're fairly affordable but I don't think they're worth it.

Love these. I have a TRX band attached to this, which is attached to my rack. Provides some space savings for TRX, crossover symmetry, bands, etc. for fairly cheap.

Love these for a curl station and people make awesome looking chalk bowls out of them. Other than those applications and the history, these are nearly worthless.

One of the best biceps curl machines commercially-made that can also be found used. Long lasting machine that you can easily find parts for third party.

Really hard to tell imported 3x3 racks apart, maybe other than the paint. This one is no different. Some QC issues when I received, like scratches and holes not punched out, but not a big deal. Would recommend to anyone needing a rack

There's no practical reason to have these in a home gym. Arguably the best feeling dumbbell I've ever used and the adjustments are easy with the poles apart system, but the value obviously kills these. There are also some weird marketing ploys claiming these are stay cleaner and are less "germy" that I'm skeptical of.

I have all three levels of Tsunami lat bars, level 3 is used the most. If you generally use under 200 lbs on lat pulldown, I would go with this one. The closer you load this to the max capacity, the more flex you get in the bar, creating the most tension in the lats. I use this one far more than a traditional lat bar, but would recommend having both and mixing this in. Also made in the USA!
