Picked this up from marketplace for 300 so the price was right. I frequently have low back pain and I feel this has helped improve/prevent that.

Picked this up used from a crü member so of course the value is there, I’m not super strong but notice a slight bend at 3 plates, knurling is great without being overly aggressive(with the cerakote finish at least)

I got this over the MM UDA because I thought I’d change the angles frequently, I don’t. Once I found the placement that felt the best I never change it. This thing is built like a tank, which is a pro and a con. It’s a pain to move around and at least on a 30” rack there isn’t much of a great solution for permanent storing in the rack.

Bought these for the aesthetic and the sound, I wasn’t prepared for how bell like these are. My wife hates the sound and doesn’t want to be in the garage when I’m using . They look cool and are easy to move though! Going forward, I doubt I’ll add more and will go with the thinner Rogue US made or Strength Co.

I picked this up for ~$350 on sale and I think it’s pretty solid for the price. I wish they would add a 360 degree sun dial to add more ROM choices but the 4.0 seems like a solid contender for its price. My foot catch arrived mostly square, time will tell if it remains that way as the machine does eat plates.

These started out well enough, like others have mentioned knurling is very passive. The changing of weight is manageable until you get into supersets or training with people with different strength capabilities, then it gets to be a bit of a pain. I’ll keep them around but will likely add fixed dumbbells with microgains for the 5lb increments.
