It's basically a PVC pipe coated in a layer of foam. As you'd imagine, it's not quite as intense as rolling on a PVC pipe by itself (which is a. Thing people do, I guess), but it's meaningfully more intense (and effective) than an all foam roller. This strikes a nice balance between comfort and firmness, making the pain tolerable while allowing you to more easily release tension in the muscles. I've had mine now for probably close to ten years and it has held up well. Note: the attached picture was taken after my son rolled it up and down the drive way.

Solid options for gymnastics rings that will get the job done. I bought these mainly because they were the least expensive option available at the time, and I have not been disappointed. The only janky part about these are the integrated velcro ties for managing the excess portion of the straps--they never seems to be quite long enough. Nevertheless, these have served their intended purpose and they have held up well.

Pretty cool little piece of equipment that has a variety of applications. Bells sells 2 versions of this: the box junction (pictured here), and the foot junction. The key difference between the two options is that the foot junction is slightly longer and has footplates that allow you to stand them up or mount them perpendicular to an upright. I picked up the foot junction because I wanted to attach my Mammoth Belt Squat and Swan Neck to the rear base stabilizer of my PR-5000, effectively recreating a a Pit Shark inside of my rack that can fold away when I'm not using it. Despite Bells using imperial units and Rep using the metric system, the holes on the footplate lined up just fine. All in all, it is a simple and affordable piece of equipment that helps increase the flexibility of configuring equipment in 3"x3" ecosystems.

Yes4All's rope attachment is virtually identical to what you will find in most commercial gyms, so if that's what you're interested in buying, then look no further. This attachment looks, feels, and functions as youexpect, and you can't argue with the price.

This is an inexpensive and practical tool to store barbells. There really are no features to differentiate this item from its competitors, so just go with the option that saves you the most money.

As far as rubber squat wedges go, these are not a bad deal. The grip on the surface is not as great as what you would find on premium squat wedges, but they are still very grippy and you feel secure using them. They are also very light weight, so you can easily throw them in a bag and take them with you to the gym. Ultimately, I updgraded to a continuous metal squat wedge to eliminate the annoyance of having to position them symmetrically for squats, but I still get use out of the from time to time when performing single-leg movements.

After a prolonged and rigorous evaluation process involving a battery of tests and multiple appeals, my gym has officially achieved certification. With this credential in hand, I can now confidently say that my gym is a facility where muscles can get strong, stay strong, and use their strength.

I have an rubber hex dumbbells from various vendors (Fringe, York, and Cap), and they are all virtually identical. If you want rubberized hex dumbbells, you are probably better off just going with the Cap ones, as they tend to be widely available and less expensive than the name-brand versions (significantly so, in some cases). Ultimately, they perform as expected and are probably the best value if you are looking to build a set of fixed dumbbells.
