I don't have a ton of experience with grippers, but over all these are an upgrade from the plastic ones you typically find at your local sporting goods store. The metal handles are nice and the knurling is surprisingly aggressive (they also come with grip tape, if you need it). I did detect a little bit of creaking the first time used them, but that went away after I broke them in. Overall, if you're like me and are justing dipping your toes into grip training, you could do a lot worse than these budget friendly grippers.

Not a bad piece for what it does. I used this for about year before upgrading to GHD. My only complaint was that the glider always seemed to roll at an angle, rather that straight back and forth. That said, I'm not sure if that was due to my own imbalances or the equipment. Altogether, this is an acceptable option if you are in the market for a budget, space-saving glute/ham developer.

I'm more of a cast iron plate man myself, but my partner engages in CrossFit and with busy schedules she will need a way to supplement her training at home. Snagged some Savage Plates during one of Fringe's regular sales at around 30% off, and my initial impressions are very positive. The materials are high quality and brindle-like aesthetic really livens up my gym. Time will tell how long these suckers hold up, but based on the community's experience I don't have any real concerns.

I bought this early in my home gym journey and it has served me well. It's built using heavy steel and is quite sturdy regardless of how much weight is stored on it. I particularly like that the horns are spaced far enough apart that each horn can store standard weight plates of any size--this design feature means it's very well suited for storing bumper plates. I also like that the horns have a chrome exterior, so they are rust resistant and the coating doesn't scrape-off when loading and removing weight plates.

The Swan Neck is a storage device and attachment point for the Mammoth Belt Squat. What I like most about the Swan Neck is that it frees-up floor space and reduces set up time prior to training sessions. The Swan Neck also enables the Mammoth to move along a horizantal plane of motion, allowing for greater excercise versatility. However, people who intend to mount this attachment to an existing upright on their squat rack should be aware that it may interfere with your ability to use your safeties.

This is my go-to cardio equipment. Compared to Assault Fitness and Rogue, I opted for the Bike Erg because I don't care much for handlebar levers. Moreover, I like the fact that you can adjust the resistance based on the traning stimulus that you are trying to achieve-- lowering the resistance for LISS cardio, and ramping it up for HIIT. Some other quality-of-life benefits to the Bike Erg are that it's simple, durable/ low maintenance, doesn't need an external power supply to operate the screen, and a subscription-free app (disclaimer: I haven't used the app much, so I can't speak to how good it is, but it seems to offer many of the same features that are pay-walled by other vendors).

This bar is better than nothing, but it's far from ideal. I, like others, bought this because of the attractive price point--I wanted to add some pressing variety to avoid chronic injury, but I also had doubts about whether I would enjoy using a multigrip bar. After putting it to use, I found that multigrip bars have there place, but Titan's have several drawbacks. For one, the knurling is passive and does very little to improve grip (if you buy this bar, you should consider taping the handles to address this, or just make sure you have some chalk handy). The other struggle I have is with the width of the frame--there is about a half an inch of clearance on either side of the bar, making re-racking the bar needlessly difficult (though, I believe the newest version of the bar addresses this problem). All of this taken together can make using the bar feel very sketchy initially, but this does resolve over time with practice. In spite of these issues, I've done quality work with this bar and I feel like I've gotten what I paid for.

A useful tool for prehab/rehab work, and helpful for warming up to heavy squats. This Slingshot-branded hipcircle checks all boxes.
