Not much to differentiate these from other ankle cuffs, but they are a great value. I bought my ankle cuffs so that I could use my low row station to do alternating leg curls and rear/lateral delt fly's. They have performed well and the build quality is acceptable. If you are looking for inexpensive ankle cuffs that fit comfortably and are durable then these are a solid option.

This is only the second BoS product I've purchased for my gym, and it does work as expected. I don't have a lot of experience with arm blasters, but I purchased it was inexpensive and I wanted to experiment with a new curl variation. Overall I will say it's definitely worth the money, but the BoS logo is a sticker and I kinda wish it was just printed on instead (or excluded all together).

These multigrip handles are very good and are reasonably priced. I've never used authentic MAGs, so I won't comment on how they compare, but I've had them for a few years now and have had no issues. They've performed as expected and the build quaility solid.

I orginally bought this belt as gift for my father to use in his home gym, and I liked it so much, I bought a second one for myself. This is a high quality accessory that maximizes comfort and durability. Given how well it performs and it industrial-grade materials, this very well may be that last dip belt I ever buy.

A great quality-of-life upgrade over the default j-cups for very little additional cost. The thicker plastic not only enahces the durabiliy of the jcup, it also makes them quieter when re-racking weights and helps protect your barbell. They also look way more aesthetic than standard j-cups.

This Sissy Squat Machine from the now defunct Archon is one of the best I've ever used. The image on the leg pad is a little goofy, but the build quality is out of this world. The padding is firm and has maintained it's shape with regular use, without sacrificing comfort. The frame is made from heavy duty steel, and the fit and finish is very precise--all of the components fit together snuggly, so the pad and rollers remain firmly in place while it's being used. Unfortunately, I beleive Archon are out of business so it may no longer be possible to find these new. Still, if you are in the market for a sissy squat station and you stumble accross this unit online, I definitely recommend snatching it up.

Another respectable piece of equipment by Titan. It's surprisingly sturdy for how light weight it is, it's much easier to move around that a bench, and you can use it from inside your rack. With the low price point, small footprint, and low cost of maintenance, you really can't go wrong pulling the trigger on this.

Sometimes, in the pursuit of "better" we lose sight of "good enough." This applies to alot of Titan equipment, but it is especially the case with this ez curl bar. The bar is a workhorse with no glaring issues, and the price point is fantastic. Unless you have specialized training needs, this bar will do everything you need it to.
