I got these as a gift over a decade ago, and they are nice--grippy, firm, durable, and a practical way to train your grip. Admittedly, since my goals are primarily oriented towards bodybuilding, I haven't had the opportunity to use them much, because I don't want my grip to fail before target muscle groups reach exhaustion. That said, I recently discovered that you can insert them into the loop of a daisy chain and it creates a makeshift D-handle. The larger surface area makes them really comfortable for tricep pressdowns.

These are the first mag pins I've owned, and only because they were bundled with the BOB Smith, and they are great. These are a luxury and one of those things that you never really think about, but once you have a pair, you will never look at a standard hitchpin the same way again. They have a low profile, knurling for better grip, and come in several colors and lengths. What I like most is that they just snap into place with little or no effort. Now that I have the BOB, I plan on picking up a few spare mag pins that I can keep at the top of my upright for storage purposes.

I first used this belt at Big Tex Gym in Austin, Texas (shout out to Big Rob), and have loved it ever since. The material is smooth to the touch but also rugged-- the woven nylon feels alot like those moving straps that you can find at the home improvement store, but less abrasive. During use it easily confirms to the body, fitting around the waist and hips comfortably. My only mistake was purchasing the the version with a single attachment point for the carabiner, because it's a tad too long to hit depth on the Mammoth belt squat. I'm currently using the belt Fringe includes with the Mammoth, but if I ever upgrade I will likely go with the Spud Inc Pillow belt squat belt, as it's multiple attachment points would allow me to avoid this issue.

These are definitely wood boxes. Admittedly, I don't use them much--most of the time they just function as an end table for my water bottle and phone--but they are nice to have around in a pinch. Rep's version of these boxes were easy to assemble and have stood up well over time, but I don't know that I would recommend buying these over those offered by other brands. All in all, these are certainly not bad plyo boxes, but with undifferentiated products like this, it's probably best to avoid the brand names and just go with the cheapest option that allows you to safely achieve your goals.

Inexpensive, versatile attachment to expand your exercise selection with existing equipment. I've used daisy chains with a spreader plate and my low row cable machine to perform chest presses, pec flys, and chest supported rows. If you're feeling especially creative, for some use cases, they can even work as a poor man's Henney strap. It's not an exaggeration to say you are only limited by your imagination, and the longer you own them, the more uses you find for them. Ultimately, the real advantage to wining a pair of daisy chains is that they help you get the most value out of equipment you already own.

Solid squat wedge. My favorite part about it is the texture, which is very aggressive and sticks to the soles of your feet like Velcro. My only issue is that, because it's a Prime product, it's pricey. In hindsight, I would probably try to find a better deal from a another vendor, but overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

The Mammoth does not feel complete without the kickstand. It allows you to start from the top of the movement, the same as you would when unracking a barbell. Further to that, because the kickstand is spring-loaded, it seemlessly tucks away and snaps into place with the flick of your wrist. Be sure to wait for one of Fringe's sales where they bundle the kickstand with the Mammoth for free.

Got these for free and I don't have a lot of complaints. My only issue is that the ridges in the middle that keep the dumbbells in place can be tedious to maneuver around. If you have large, rubberized hex dumbbells and you release them on the ridges by accident they can tear off bits of rubber. I prefer the types of dumbbell racks where each tier is one continuous shelf with a lip at the bottom.
