Had some of these in my best friends basement gym, never had any issues and weren't super inaccurate, not a bad plate to start with but I'd never put these in our commercial gym

Good in rehab or the stability phase of training for gen pop athletes. Overrated in commercial gyms. Creating instability for every movement all the time doesn't allow for progressive overload very often

Haven't used one of these in years.... Has a few uses but depends on the size. And no one wants 3 of these taking up room in there home gym. Not super versatile. I would use it as a chair more then anything else

With so many other great collars and designs out there why are these still being used ? Not good at anything and if they are tight enough to work well I've had clients have issues putting them on and off

Had these at club fitness in CT. Really cool but didn't use them much because they were a pain to handle and put on and off and had to adjust them after each set

Work well as far as clapping force just annoying to take on and off each time. That being said they will work on axles and barbells and won't move around much
