Great strongman implement you can get for free or very cheap. Just need some elbow grease and go to home Depot and buy a cap for the top of the keg. We have 5 custom kegs up to 300lb+

Great for limiting load, building stability and forcing athletes to control the eccentric. We use it mostly for rehab / deloads

Has some value but in my experience if you wanna get good at yoke train yoke, well built, good for building stability or using as a PT exercise

The goat of ssb bars! our is getting pretty old now probably almost 10 years old and I'll need to replace the pad here soon, but it lasted longer then I expected it would

Amazing yoke. I've had over 1000lb on this yoke with no issues and 400lb + stones have been loaded over it with zero damage besides some lost paint

Not a fan at all, I'd advise you to save your money, terrible tolerances, incorrect height for 45s
